Wedding Coordinator Costs – Considering Pricing and Comparing Choices

If you are newly engaged and already talking timelines and tablescapes, you are probably making lots and lots of lists. Maybe you’re even building a binder (or a few dozen Pinterest boards) filled with dreamy ideas! You are also likely starting to realize that the logistics of planning a wedding are going to require optimal organization. Hiring help can go a long way in getting you on the right path. Wedding coordinator costs may give you pause, but the benefit is incredible!

For the “average” wedding, couples spend approximately 12 months and nearly 200-300 hours planning their perfect day!

It doesn’t take long for the fun-fantasy-fog to lift, leaving the to-do lists and vendor visits which can quickly spiral into overwhelm. There’s no doubt planning your dream day can be a magical adventure, but it can also come with added stress especially if you are trying to juggle jobs, finances, and other demands on your time.

Deep breath. Help is on the way!

Wedding Coordinator Costs – It’s an Investment

Consider investing in the expert guidance of a wedding planner. Even the most detail-oriented brides often hire coordinators, not only for their experience and management skills but because they simply take the load off, so you can enjoy more – and worry less.

The first question we always hear is “but what about the extra cost?”

We assure you, having a coordinator will be worth every penny (and honestly, their industry connections and time-saving tips will undoubtedly save you money along the way). At The Pavilion at Carriage Farm, our in-house wedding coordinator is ON-IT, all-day, every day – handling timelines, emails, day of details and most importantly keeping you on budget and on track to truly enjoy every minute of your wedding day.

This is a great choice if you have a big chunk of the hard work done already, a clear vision and solid budget. Ideal for brides who really need the most help pulling it all together.

Partial Planning Package

Partial Planning, starting at $2500 gives you even more personalized guidance and most importantly, help arrives the day you sign your venue contract! You’ll receive the added benefits of having a seasoned planner available to offer valuable advice when selecting vendors, signing contracts, and securing rental orders. Peace of mind when making some of the bigger decisions and the time-tested talent of an expert starting on day one, can feel priceless.

Full Planning Package

Finally, our Full Planning package, at $4000 (or 10% of the total cost of the wedding) is best suited for our brides who are feeling awash in the magnitude of the wedding planning process.
