Planner Costs – Which Package is Right for You?

Whether you are an event-planning pro and just need a few extra sets of hands during the final month of planning or you feel more like a fish-out-of-water and need all.of.the.help. — we’ve got you covered.

Month-Of Coordination

Available in three tiers, our coordination packages start at $2000 for Month-Of Coordination planning services which begins 30 days before your wedding. You can expect our skilled coordinator to jump in and assist you with final arrangements, vendor communications and delegation of those home-stretch happenings. This is a great choice if you have a big chunk of the hard work done already, a clear vision and solid budget. Ideal for brides who really need the most help pulling it all together.

Partial Planning Package

Partial Planning, starting at $2500 gives you even more personalized guidance and most importantly, help arrives the day you sign your venue contract! You’ll receive the added benefits of having a seasoned planner available to offer valuable advice when selecting vendors, signing contracts, and securing rental orders. Peace of mind when making some of the bigger decisions and the time-tested talent of an expert starting on day one, can feel priceless.

Full Planning Package

Finally, our Full Planning package, at $4000 (or 10% of the total cost of the wedding) is best suited for our brides who are feeling awash in the magnitude of the wedding planning process. It’s a huge undertaking and if you are underwater at work already, living overseas or lacking much support from local family and friends, we made this package, with love, for you. Your wedding coordinator will come on board at the very beginning and will help you with the down and dirty work of building a budget and curating a list of vendors based on your unique style and vision. Our coordination team will bring your most romantic ideas to life, juggling the logistics of making all of the wedding magic happen.
