Bar Package Pricing to Fit Your Style
The Pavilion at Carriage Farm holds a North Carolina ABC permit and is pleased to provide an array of bar packages and full services in our venue. We serve cocktails, beer and wine from the in-house bar with stone front matching the fireplace and granite counter tops. During those beautiful days and nights, you may choose to instead serve from our flagstone patio.
Three packages to choose from:
Beer & Wine Only
$24/person
Plus 18% fee on total package for taxes, insurance and license.
Per person price applies to all individuals, age 21 and over, regardless if they are drinking.
Additional gratuity is greatly appreciated but always optional.
House Brand Liquor
(includes beer & wine)
$30/person
Plus 18% fee on total package for taxes, insurance and license.
Per person price applies to all individuals, age 21 and over, regardless if they are drinking.
Additional gratuity is greatly appreciated but always optional.
Premium Brand Liquor
(includes beer & wine)
$40/person
Plus 18% fee on total package for taxes, insurance and license.
Per person price applies to all individuals, age 21 and over, regardless if they are drinking.
Additional gratuity is greatly appreciated but always optional.
Bartender Fee
$400 per bartender
(See required number of bartenders below)
1 bartender for up to 60 guests
2 bartenders for 61-149 guests
3 bartenders for 150-200 guests
4 bartenders for 200+ guests
All packages include:
- Bar supplies
- Plastic cups
- Ice
- Up to 5 hours of bar service
Our bar package does NOT include non-alcoholic beverages for your guests. The mixers (i.e. sodas, juices, etc.) are only used to mix cocktails with our liquor packages.Typically your caterer will provide non-alcoholic beverages. If you would like for us to provide tea, water, lemonade and sodas for your guests there will be an additional charge of $5/guest.
Additional options:
- Signature Cocktails can be added to liquor packages for $2.50/person per cocktail
- Signature Cocktails can be added to beer/wine packages for $4.00/person per cocktail
- Mocktails available for $4.00/person per mocktail with bar package or $8.00/person per mocktail without a bar package

- $400 for each additional bartender over the minimum required
- $500 for each additional hour or partial hour over 5 hours

Pricing for your bar package is subject to change and is not guaranteed until the bar contract is signed and bar deposit has been made.
