The Pavilion at Carriage Farm in Raleigh, NC offers several wedding venue pricing packages certain to fit your needs and style. From traditional Saturday and Sunday weddings, to weekdays, Intimate Weddings and celebratory New Year’s Eve, we strive to make your day memorable, but also affordable.

Friday Weddings

(12 hours of rental time)

If you book a Friday you can add 3:00-9:00 on Thursday for your rehearsal, rehearsal

We work with top-notch caterers, florists, linen and décor specialists, photographers, DJ’s, and more, so that you can enjoy a stress free event.   • 10,000 sq. ft. fully climate controlled Pavilion on 25 beautiful rolling acres
  • 30’ ceilings with open wood beam structure with 34’ stone fireplace
  • Pavilion can seat up to 275 guests for a wedding with room for dancing

    • At the pergola in the gardens behind the Pavilion

Bar Packages

The Pavilion at Carriage Farm holds a North Carolina ABC permit and is pleased to provide full bar services in our venue. We serve cocktails, beer and wine from the in – house bar with stone front matching the fireplace and granite counter tops. During those beautiful days and nights, you may choose to instead serve from our flagstone patio.

If there is a particular type of beer or liquor you would like to have that is not on our list, let us know. We will contact our suppliers to see if we can purchase it. There may be an extra charge.

Package Options

(Other bar options available upon request (i.e. cash bar, by consumption, etc.). Per person price is for everyone 21 and over.)

  • Beer & Wine Only – $20 per person
  • House Brand Liquor (includes beer and wine) – $30 per person
  • Premium Brand Liquor (includes beer and wine) – $40 per person
  • $750 bar set-up fee
  • 18% fee on total package for taxes, insurance, membership fee and gratuity
    (Additional gratuity is greatly appreciated but always optional.)
  •  Signature Cocktails can be added to liquor packages for $2.00/person per cocktail
  • $300 for each additional bartender over the minimum provided
  • $450 for each additional hour or partial hour over 5 hours

Beer (all beer listed below is included)

  • Domestic Beers – Landshark, Michelob Ultra
  • Import/Craft Beers – Shotgun Betty, Stella Artois Lager, SweetWater Haze IPA, Red Oak Amber Lager, Wicked Weed Pernicious IPA, Bold Rock Apple Cider, Sercy

Wine (all wine listed below is included)

  • Red Wines – Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot Noir
  • White Wines – Chardonnay, Moscato, Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc
  • Champagne/Prosecco will be available at the bar (poured and/or pre-set champagne/prosecco at the tables will be an additional $3.00/person charge)
