  • Stone paver patio w/gas fire pit for your cocktail hour

  • Bridal Suite and Groom’s Room located in the Pavilion
  • Men and Women’s Restrooms located in the Pavilion
  • Staging Kitchen for Caterers
  • Includes one ceremony and one reception setup
  • Bridal Portrait or Engagement Photo session time available upon request
  • 1 ½ hour rehearsal time

Every wedding at the Pavilion at Carriage Farm is unique and custom tailored to meet the needs of each of our incredible couples. That’s why we offer certain features and services independent of the venue rental, allowing you to select which package and price-point feels most comfortable. Some included amenities are:

  • Couples have access to our robust collection of dining, display, cocktail, and cake tables.
  • 200 White padded folding chairs – for ceremony location
  • 200 Mahogany Chiavari chairs – for reception area
  • 2 Easels for bridal portrait, seating chart and.or welcome sign
  • Venue Manager on site for your event
  • Whiskey barrels can be rented for $50 per barrel
  • Propane heaters can be rented for $50 per heater

There’s no doubt, having a professional wedding coordinator adds an extra level of meaning and joy to your special day. We offer in-house coordination services at three levels: Month-of coordination, Partial Planning and Full Planning OR access to our curated list of highly talented outside planners.

Bar/Alcohol Service (required)

Our top-notch, in-house, bar service packages will give you and your guests access to the best in service and selection. All Pavilion at Carriage Farm bar service packages include 5 hours of bar service and your choice of beer, wine and house or premium liquor options.
